Presents under the tree

The card itself is acetate.  This card was very easy and fast to make, not a lot of frills but still looks very nice.  I used our Santa H02106 and colored it in.  The snowflakes and stars are from Cuttlebug.  The blue cardstock is attached to the back of flap of the card and the inside saying is stamped under the Santa image.  The white dots are made with a white marker.

Merry Christmas with Cuttlebug Holly

Using Cuttlebug makes it so quick and easy to make cards.  I used green shimmer paper to emboss the holly on.  Brillance ink was used over the leaves and Smooch was the red for the berries.  There is a lot of shimmer.  Crackerbox Palace rubber stamps was used for the Merry Christmas.

Barbara Housner's Carolers

Barbara Housner sent this card via email.  She used our Carolers to make this wonderful card.
I am going to guess she used Spellbinders for the image and to mat it.
Thanks Barbara, I just love the card!

Christmas 6X6 Photo Frame

Hi Stampers, today I am sharing a quick and easy photo frame and/or card.  All stamps are Crackerbox Palace rubber stamps http://www.crackerboxrubberstamps.com/ . I used white applique for the fuzz on Santa's hat.  On the tassel, I dotted the applique in a circle to make it look more like a pom pom, (but this goes through the mail).  I used Spellbinder scalloped circle to cut out the center and then one to emboss around it for a frame.  A picture frame foot could be attached to the back so the picture can be displayed.

Not Enough Coffee

Lois Larson made this card.  I thought it might be a good one to put after 'Black Friday'.  My daughter asked me and a friend of hers to go out at 11:00pm on Thanksgiving to get started shopping at midnight.  We got done at 7:30am on Friday morning.  Shopping all night wasn't bad, but then we had Thanksgiving dinner at noon.  Oh yes, too much morning and not enough coffee!  Hope everyone had a happy Thanksgiving.  This card is pretty straight forward.  She stamped the sun with the coffee and cut it out.  She then stamped it again and cut the coffee cup out and popped it up.  The words are stamped with white ink and then put the pearls on.

Happy Thanksgiving

Happy Thanksgiving to all of you!
This is such a great time of the year to give thanks on what we are thankful for.  This is a tag I made for my friends. One of the things I am thankful for are my friends.  They seem to always be there.
I used the 'Duster brushes' to brush on an assortment of Distress Ink colors.  Used a Cuttlebug border folder for the embossing on the top of the tag and then used the Scor-Pal to add the lines on the top and bottom of the embossed area.  The leaf is from the Assorted Leaves from Spellbinders.  The pumpkin is also from Spellbinder and then used Copic markers for the lines-E21, E51, E53, E57. Then I  dusted Dried Marigold Distress Ink around the edges into the center and left the center lighter to make it look more round.  I only tacked down the bottom of the leaf and had it laying across the pumpkin so the top of the leaf was free.  I edged the tag with a sponge and Colorbopx Copper Swift.  The 'Thank you so much' is from the top line of Wonderful for you- H04113, I masked the rest of the saying.

Happy Dust

Lois Larson did this card.  The background is textured wall paper that she rubbed a glue pad across and sprinkled on "Happy Dust" (glitter).  She sponged blue ink around the saying and colored the fairy (Constance-H00211) with colored pencils.

Thank you bird

Betty Henthorn made this cute thank you card from one of our new stamps. She inked the first line of the stamp and masked the rest for the front of the card. She stamped the rest of the saying on the inside of the card.  The bird is cut from a die cut she purchased through Stampin' Up. The cut out oval and scalloped oval is Spellbinders. Thanks Betty.

These stamps are shown on wood block,
but you have a choice to get
just rubber, cling foam or wood mount
