Greatest Mother's Day Card

Hello Stamper. I am here today to share a card I made for Mom. This will be a Mother's Day card, but it also could be used for her birthday or any occasion.

I used Flower Flourish for this card. I like it because it has larger single flowers from this image that can be used with it.
World's Greatest was stamped. This single stamp can be used by itself or with other names.
MOM was stamped last.
Thanks for taking a peek.

Flowers For Mother's Day Card

Hello Stampers. I'm here today with a bouquet of Tulips for Mom.

The background is a die cut from my stash.
The Tulips were stamped and colored with Copics. I cut the flowers out and put them over the die cut. I stamped Mother's Day Freehand on lighter yellow and put it over the Tulips.
Thanks for taking a look!

A Card For The Greatest Mom

Hello! Here is a card for Mom. This card could be used for any occasion or a card to tell her she is the greatest!

I embossed a white card and cut it 5 1/4 x 4. The pink card stock is printed. The flower, Lotus, was stamped, colored, and cut out. MOM was stamped in pink ink, and then I stamped You're The Greatest.
Thanks so much for stopping by!

Mother's Day Definition Card

Hello Stamper. Vicky is here today with a Mother's Day card. I like this saying because a mom has a lot of jobs and does a lot, and this stamp lists them. It also has a beautiful flower that Alex drew. He was one of our designers and lives in Ukraine. Info below. Feel free to reach out to him.

I stamped the saying, Mother Definition, and cut it out with a Spellbinder die. Before I took the saying out of the die, I traced around it with a Copic Glitter Marker. This beautiful flower is one of Alex's Magnolia Stellata.

Mother's Day Card for a Dog Mom

 Hello! Vicky is here today.

Do you know a mom that has a child or children with 4 legs? Don't forget them on Mother's Day, even if they have 2 legged kids!
I used our new images,  Cell Phone, and Best Dog Mom. I stamped the cell phone on printed paper to look like a cute phone case.
The other stamps I used were: Spot The Dog which I think is adorable, Mother's Day ProudDog Paw. The dog paw is a single stamp that can be used like this or all over for a background.

Mother's Day Flip Card

 Hello Stampers,

Any time you can send a card to someone and wish them a happy day is wonderful. Mother's Day is a great day to tell someone that you want to wish them a Happy Mother's Day because you think they are a fabulous mother.

The card I made is for a sister to wish her a Happy Mother's Day because she is a wonderful mom, and moms deserve to be told they are appreciated.
This card can sit on a table or desk to be displayed.

I created a mini card in front with a bouquet of roses because what mom doesn't like roses?

I created a mini card in front with a bouquet of Rose Bunch because what mom doesn't like roses?
I also stamped our Background Swirls set of 3 on the printed paper.

The center flips up to reveal the message of Big Sister and  Happy Mother's Day Casual.
The Sister stamp says Big Sister but I masked the Big and only stamped Sister.
Stamps I used:
My next card is for a friend, and she is a mom to a very friendly dog.
Take care, and Happy Mother's Day!

Some Mothers Chosen By God

Some Mothers Chosen By God
By Erma Bombeck

Most women become mothers by accident, some by choice, a few by social pressures and a couple by habit. This year, nearly 100,000 women will become mothers of handicapped children. Did you ever wonder how mothers of handicapped children are chosen? Somehow, I visualize God hovering over earth selecting His instruments for propagation with great care and deliberation. As He observes, He instructs His angels to make notes in a giant ledger.

"Armstrong, Beth, son. Patron saint, Matthew.

"Forrest, Marjorie, daughter. Patron saint, Cecelia.

"Rudledge, Carrie, twins. Patron saint...give her Gerard, He's used to profanity."

Finally, He passes a name to an angel and smiles, "Give her a handicapped child."

The angel is curious. "Why this one, God? She's so happy."

"Exactly," smiles God. "Could I give a handicapped child a mother who does not know laughter? That would be cruel."

"But has she patience?" asks the angel.

"I don't want her to have too much patience or she will drown in a sea of self-pity and despair. Once the shock and resentment wears off, she'll handle it. I watched her today. She has that feeling of self and independence that is so rare and so necessary in a mother. You see, the child I'm going to give her has his own world and that's not going to be easy."

"But Lord, I don't think she even believes in you."

God smiles. "No matter. I can fix that. This one is perfect. She has just enough selfishness."

The angel gasps, "Selfishness? Is that a virtue?"

God nods. "If she can't separate herself from the child occasionally, she'll never survive. Yes, here is a woman whom I will bless with a child who is less than perfect. She doesn't realize it yet, but she is to be envied. She will never take for granted a "spoken word." She will never consider a "step" ordinary. When her child says "Momma" for the first time, she will be present at a miracle and know it! When she describes a tree or sunset to her blind child, she will see it as few people ever see my creations. I will permit her to see clearly the things I see....ignorance, cruelty, prejudice... and allow her to rise above them. She will never be alone. I will be at her side every minute of every day of her life because she is doing my work as surely as she is here by my side."

"And what about her patron saint?" asks the angel, his pen poised in mid-air.

God smiles. "A mirror will suffice."

Becoming a mother makes you the mother of all children. From now on each wounded, abandoned, frightened child is yours. You live in the suffering mothers of every race and creed and weep with them. You long to comfort all who are desolate.
