Challenge over at Quirky Crafts with Crackerbox Palace stamps

Crackerbox Palace stamps are sponsors for the Quirky Craft challenge. You can find all of these stamps here. I think these girls did a great job coming up with some great ideas.
Their theme is Great Picnic and this is what they write:

It's time for new Quirky Challenge, and this time it falls to me (Doris) make your imagination is translated into beautiful projects. The theme is Picnic / BBQ, you can choose one of the two suggestions and mix it or just choose a single topic. You must remember and use some of the elements that usually surround these activities, such as grill, tables for camping, picnic baskets, checkered tablecloths, ants (never fail). Let your imagination run wild. Our fabulous and generous sponsor for this challenge:

Stampscapes Sound of Silence

Hi there, Vicky here today. I thought I would share this card I made with Stampscapes.
I used the stamp positioner to put this card together and used Copic markers to color it. I also used the stamp positioner to fit the words on the small piece of card stock.

Butterfly Heart

Vicky here, and happy Monday. This is another thank you card I made for a friend.
I stamped the image and colored it with Copic markers. I used a Martha Stewart corner punch for 3 sides around the image. The Thank You is a separate stamp.
The embellishment on the right side is a bracelet I found at the Dollar Store that I took apart.

Stampscapes cabin on land

Hi, Vicky here today to share some new Stampscape stamps.

I really like the new stamps from Stampscapes. Kevin has done a lot of great images.
This is his 343I Bayou Shack that would usually be in the water, but I wanted the shack on land. I did keep the cabin on the posts rather than putting it right on the ground. Some cabins in the northern part of our state has cabins on posts.
The hill on the left side is named Rocky Waterside, but it makes a great hill on land also.
That is one thing I really, really like about Kevin's stamps is that you can use his stamps and change them from land to water, or water to land.
I colored the scene with Copic markers, and stamped the clouds with Brilliance ink.

Hope you can stop by and take a look at Kevin's new stamps.

Father's Day Grill

Vicky here today. What does your husband like to do on Father's Day?
John likes to grill out. He does the grilling since he doesn't trust me, and I am not sure why since he has never let me, but I haven't really argued to do it either. But he likes to grill and have the kids over.
The apron and the stamp on it are two different stamps. We have 4 stamps for the apron.
These are copied from the wood blocks but you can get them in cling foam here.

Dad Sail Boat

This is another card that Currie made. She colored it with markers and added brads on the top of the sails. The black cardstock is distressed with Tim Holtz tool. Currie also used Distress ink around the edges of the image.
Hope you enjoy the idea.
Thanks for stopping by.

Happy Father's Day Jeep

Vicky here today. But Currie Churchill did the Father's Day card.
She stamped the tires and spark plugs with Distress ink. The background was inked with Distress ink also. Currie colored the brad. I like that the cardstock the image is stamped on is not square, I think it adds interest. Currie also used Distress ink around the edges on the green cardstock with the sentiment.
