Friendship Thank You Card

Hi Stampers.

I made a heartfelt card celebrating the unbreakable bonds of friendship! This stunning thank-you card is a beautiful way to express gratitude to that special someone who has always been there for you, putting up with your quirks and loving you just the same.

The card base is blue, with a red layer mounted under the striped printed cardstock.

The word Friendship was stamped with VersaFine, mounted on yellow, then red.

The Heart With Butterfly was stamped with Memento and colored.

I used the Circle Thank You stamp and masked it to use only one of the words in the circle.

I used Friends Like Flowers on the inside, but I don't have a picture of it in the card.

I posted the inside saying stamp below.

A Cowboy Birthday Card

 Hello Fellow Crafter. I did a cowboy birthday card. 
They say, A cowboy is a breed tougher than nails and stronger than steel.
Cowboys have been iconic figures for a long time.
And for good reason, they are hardworking, and their style is timeless.
They are a part of American history. My dad loved watching cowboy movies.

I stamped the Barbwire Looped on light tan cardstock and mounted it on dark brown.

I used a piece of black-and-red printed paper as the background for my cowboy.

On a light tan cardstock, I stamped Yippie Yahoo, and cut it out.

On the same light tan cardstock, I used a die and sponged the edges.

The Geezer was stamped on white and colored, then cut out and placed on the die-cut tan cardstock.

The Barbwire Frame was also stamped on the light tan cardstock and cut.

Happy Birthday Fun was stamped on the inside of the frame.

A Retirement Card

 Hello Fellow Stampers.
Here is to retirement and the easy life. Retirement is a major change in our lives.
Congratulations to the person retiring.

No more alarms, and no more packed lunches.
Instead, looking forward to lazy days and new adventures.

I started with a purple card. I cut down white cardstock and stamped

Cindy Holding Hand, and colored her.

I use the Grinch Wine Glass, stamped it, and cut it out so I didn't have to mask it.

Goodbye Tension was stamped and cut out with a die.

I cut a larger circle with the same purple as the card.

A Friendship Card

 Hello Fellow Stampers.

I made a friendship card to send to a friend that I haven't seen in a while.
I wanted her to know I think about her, even tho I might not call as much as I should.
I wanted something more than just saying, "hello".

I matched the cardstock color to the printed paper for the base card.

I stamped the Large Betty with Memento on a separate piece of cardstock, colored her, and cut her out.

I used the same color cardstock as the card to die-cut a background for the saying.

I stamped the saying, Thought About You Today with VersaFine.

Now to get her sent out in the mail!

Friendship Valentine's Card

Hi Everybody,

I have made a friendship card for a friend.

Do you have a crazy friend? I do, so I thought this saying was a good fit.

We need to spread as much friendship as we can.

I used a light green card to mount printed paper.

I stamped Frogs Are Green and mounted it on the same color as the card.

I stamped Frog Laughing, and colored with Copics.

And Frog Being Crazy was stamped so the saying would fit between them.

Happy Valentine's Day Friend Script was stamped and mounted on printed paper in the same green as the card.

 Hello Stampers. 

Harry Potter has some magic spells brewing up for a birthday.

He has a stack of magic books to help with his magic.

My card base is dark blue with gold cardstock.

I stamped Harry on the right.

The Star Swirl was stamped at the tip of Harry's wand, and colored the stars.

I stamped Magical Birthday in the upper left corner, and outlined Birthday in yellow.

Magic Books were stamped and colored.

The Small Potion Bottle was placed on the books.

 Hello, my fellow Stampers. I am here today to share my knight card.

This is for that special guy in your life that made you feel special like no other guy has. 

My card base is black cardstock, and then I added a red piece.

I stamped the Knight and masked the feet, horse, and flag.

The castle was stamped next.

I stamped the saying with VersaFine Black, and cut it out to look like a shield.

I mounted that saying on a darker piece.

 Hello Stampers. I am here today with a rock-n-roll Valentine's Day card.

Are you ready to Rock-N-Roll on Valentine's Day? Sometimes when you give your guy a Valentine's Day card, flowers just don't fit. Who doesn't like to rock with Elvis?

I stamped You Rock with VersaFine Black.

I masked 'Be My Valentine' and only used the word 'Valentine'. I also used a red marker and put thin lines on the letters.

This one is simple, featuring one of our cute monkeys.

I trimmed down white cardstock to use a A-2 red card.

The saying Monkey Around was stamped with VersaFine.

Craft Room

Hello Fellow Crafter.

I have finished the holiday cards, and now it's time to clean my craft room.

I came across this craft room stamp and decided to sit down in my mess and make a card with it.

I used a die to cut out the front of the card.

I drew a thin line around the die and colored the border with a marker.

I trimmed a white card to fit inside.

The image, Craft Room, was stamped with Memento and colored with Copics.

The saying, Live Your Best was stamped with VersaFine.

I sponged the edges with light and medium brown inks.

Sweet Treats For Christmas

Hello Stampers. I am here with a bag of sweet treats.

How can you not think of cookies when you think of Christmas?

Do you make cookies for gifts or hand them out at Christmas? Here is a card to go along with those cookies. If you don't have time to bake, give them a bag of cookies and candy like this.

Christmas Tag 2

 I have made another set of Christmas tags.
I mentioned in my first tag post that it makes the gift even more personal.
It's a great way to use the smaller scraps.

I used a die for the tags, but they are easy to cut.

I will be putting a Christmas saying on the back of the tags.

The first tag~ was quick and easy. I just used a punch.

The Second tag~ I stamped From Our Family, with Tulip Red 

and then I used one of our new stamps, Tiny Icon Set of 6.

The Third tag~We Wish You was stamped with VersaFine and mounted on black.

The fourth tag~The top of the tag is a punch.

The bottom was stamped with Warm Wishes, then sponged the edges.

The fifth tag~The snowflakes are all done with punches.

The Sixth tag~I stamped Have A Cool Yule, cut at an angle.

I had a scrap piece of snowflake paper that I added, and put a small snowflake in the corner.
